Du willst einen umfassenden Einblick in die Personalarbeit? Als Praktikant (m/w/d) Human Ressource bist du von Anfang an Teil unseres HR-Teams in Lahr und unterstützt uns in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Personalentwicklung, Employer Branding, Personalbetreuung und Recruiting.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal.
- Eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität bringst du mit und arbeitest selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du hast immer ein Auge für das Detail
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Digitalen Medien
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
