Turku site is a chemical company specialized in manufacturing pharmaceuticals for the pharmaceutical industry.
We were the first in Finland to start manufacturing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients on a commercial scale in 1960. Our facilities in Turku meet high-quality cGMP requirements with our 120 employees.
Our activities include e.g. process development, production and quality assurance. Most of our production is export based. Our main export areas are USA, Europe and Japan.

Position Context:
Workload in QA has increased, and more resources are needed to the QA team.
Main tasks :
development of the plant's quality assurance processes in cooperation with the rest of the QA team
responsibility of the approval of quality-related documents, QA sections of new products, and contact with registration and customers on quality-related matters
customer and internal audits
change management processes
cooperation with authorities
Required skills :
strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry
suitable education: chemist, pharmacist, or M.Sc. in chemistry
studies in microbiology and/or pharmacy and QP qualification are an advantage
experience in quality assurance work in the pharmaceutical industry
experience in QC work is an advantage
knowledge of quality systems (GMP/GDP/ISO 14644)
development attitude and experience
good cooperation skills
good English language skills
fluent Finnish language skills
