Contexte du poste :

In a context of strong development, our Innovative Business Unit is looking for a Sales Manager (M/F).

Principales missions :

Meet Year over Year Commercial KPIs
- Ensure growth of pipeline by generating (and working with to convert) adequate # of RFPs per month,
- Ensure adequate commercial oversight of proposal process to maximise chances of conversion,
- Maintain ownership of the commercial process from Lead -> RFP -> Conversion -> PO -> Payment.


Build strong relationships with customers and prospects in assigned territories
- Develop visit and sales plan for assigned territory,
- Maximise customer / prospect interface through road-shows, trade-shows, and in-office visits,
- Stay in line with targets in terms of # of customer interfaces (balanced between existing and new) per month.


Help to drive SEQENS brand awareness and awareness of SEQENS capabilities and offering
- Support marketing initiatives by identifying prospects for tech days, webinars and other MarComm initiatives,
- Actively network with industry stakeholders to enhance SEQENS brand image in assigned territory.

Les atouts pour réussir :

 - Minimum 5 years of experience in CDMO Business Development and / or SalesRelationship management (with internal and external stakeholders),


- Commercial acumen / appetite for "hunting",


- Strong existing networks in target market (UK),


- Financially driven / motivated to close deals / bookings.
